The breakfast had various options to suit everyone's needs. It was really nice. the staff were kind and so helpful. they checked me in right away when i arrived in a rush for an event at the fiera di bologna and allowed me to leave my friend's luggage at reception.
The shower seals needed to be redone.

I had some inconvenience. They charged the tax costs twice. after one month of attempting to resolve the error with no clear answer or refund, i gave up. i felt fooled and they lost a customer.
